At Mobile Bike Medic we are looking for mechanics who want to be the face behind a great customer experience. Like us, you would with over 45 of the most prestigious communities in Southwest Florida. In each community, we do everything from flat fixes to tune-ups to overhauls.

The daily task list of a Mobile Bike Medic is broad. You would be responsible for setting up the mobile shop in the community, checking in with the customers and evaluating their bike needs, doing the repairs, and notifying them when they are done. If you get satisfaction from getting happy riders back on their bikes, this is the opportunity for you.
For all Mobile Bike Medics, we offer a compensation package consisting of a base, revenue share, and tips that would put you in the top tier of bike mechanic pay. For those that want, after a successful tenure, we help you open your own Mobile Bike Medic franchise.

INTERNAL SUPPORT TEAMWhile you are in the community doing repair, you aren’t alone. We have both mechanic and customer scheduling/care support when you need it. We want great relationships with our customers and our mechanics.

ROBUST TRAINING PLANWe expect you to be qualified as a mechanic. But there is a lot of other elements that go into providing best-in-class mobile support. We will train you on all aspects of the business so that you are confident and focused on the customer.

FLEXIBLE HOURSWhile we are mainly interested in full-time Mobile Bike Medics, the hours/days of service are things we are flexible about, as long as they match the needs of our communities and clients. We want people who like to work hard and play hard.
