Steven was great to work with and made the whole purchase of the bike and accessories very easy. He advised me about bike options for the type of riding I do. I highly recommend using mobile Bike Medic. I live in a different state and bought a bike for my grandson. Steven was very helpful and was loaded with information about our choices .Steven got the bike within a week and assembled and delivered the bike. We relocated from Ohio last year and our bikes (Cannondale mountain bike and Schwinn cruiser for brand/style references) were transported by movers, so by the time they got here they needed some work and TLC. The thought of lugging 2 bikes to a store for service didn't really appeal to me. Then one day I happened to be passing the Mobile Bike Medic trailer and decided to look into it. It was easy to schedule Steven to come to my house and tune-up our bikes. He was up front about what they needed and performed the services quickly. The prices were very reasonable compared to prices I have paid in the past for bike tune-ups. He didn't try to upsell me on parts or services and he explained everything he did as well as things to look out for. I will continue to use Mobile Bike Medic and I highly recommend them for your bike repair and service needs.

As I biked across part of the Great Divide Trail in Montana, I experienced a rear shift cable failure. I quickly replaced the cable, but still no shifting! While looking up mobile bike mechanic, somehow Steven here came up! Even though we quickly realized how far he was, he insisted that I walk him through the problem. He even suggested taking some pics to better help him understand. Well, he knew the exact issue and talked me through the issue. Possibly saved my whole trip!! Thanks again!

My bike needed a tune-up and wasn't shifting well. These guys were awesome - gave the prices for each repair before starting, were able to fix it in an hour, tested the bike before and after to see what it needed, knew what they were doing, and were able to fix it on site - no need to drop the bike off and wait for weeks. I'll be taking in our other bikes as well. Great find.

My 10 year old bike needed some serious upkeep. Mobile Bike Medic came around my neighborhood and I am very happy he did. Had my bike serviced and both tubes replaced. Steven was great! We had an appointment to fix my husbands flat, Steven recommended a better tire based on use, completed the install quickly and also fixed the rim. I asked if he could squeeze a tune-up in for my bike without an appointment and luckily he was able to. My bike road great this morning!
